Gabriel Zanetti Amorim

Gabriel is a lawyer working in civil, corporate, and criminal law, with experience in both litigation and advisory matters. He performs strongly in digital compliance and data protection, being savvy of the LGPD and GDPR, as well as in judicial reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings. His background includes counsel for large corporations, contract management, and work in hearings and oral arguments at all levels of justice.

Experience

Gabriel began his career as an intern at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo. He worked as a lawyer at Oliveira Vicente Advogados Associados and Charles Azevedo Advocacia Empresarial, focusing on Civil and Business Law. From 2023 to 2024, he worked at Nakano & Bergamasco Sociedade de Advogados, handling high-complexity cases, including proceedings before the Supreme Court. Since 2021, he has maintained a solo practice and acts as appointed counsel through the DPE/SP and OAB/SP. Currently, he is part of the Donato & Garcia Neto Advogados team, working in Civil, Corporate, and Consumer Law, especially in strategic matters involving cryptoassets and emerging technologies.
