Pyetra Caroline Ferraz Silva

Pyetra is a lawyer focused on Civil Procedure and Tax Law, with experience providing legal counsel to companies, especially fintechs. She is part of the Donato & Garcia Neto team, working on civil, consumer, and tax matters, and also participates in research and outreach groups on Tax Law, Civil Procedure, and Human Rights.

Experience

Pyetra began her career as a youth apprentice at JBS S.A., and later worked at law firms and judicial bodies such as the São Paulo Court of Justice and CEJUSC, gaining practical experience in mediation, procedural analysis, and legal drafting. As a lawyer, she worked at BR Consult and Rocha & Rocha Advogados, handling tax and consumer cases. At Donato & Garcia Neto, she focuses on the legal defense of fintech clients such as the Binance Group. She has also participated in educational and social projects, such as teaching at Cursinho Popular Adapte and founding the Aditum Junior Law Company.
